About Dongdaemun Design Plaza

The Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) was designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid. It is the world's largest three-dimensional atypical structure, with its sleek and irregular exterior showing a characteristic landscape. DDP became a landmark of Seoul upon its opening in 2014. The DDP was built on the site of the old Dongdaemun Stadium, which has a history of over 90 years.
